Verbascum thapsus-Approximately 2 cups in 1/4 lb. Common use: Asthma; chest colds; coughs (dry, unproductive); bronchitis; bronchial, chest and sinus congestion; loosens and removes mucus; allergies/hay fever; respiratory tonic; sore throat; tonsillitis; laryngitis; sinusitis; colitis; cystitis; cramps, spasms. Suggested Use: ½ teaspoon of powder 1-3 times per day.
