Supplier - Our herbal supplier has been supplying herbs, etc. to wholesale houses and the marketplace for well over 20 years. They are well known and established in the industry. Herbs are lab tested, 100% pure and natural, with many certified organic as listed. Our herbs are ethically gathered at peak potency. We believe that the herbs we offer are some of the finest on the market today!
Description - Descriptions are as accurate as possible. Most images show the herb/spice in its growing stage. Botanical names indicated on the package are based on availability, and may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to change botanical name on any item prior to or after purchase.
Herb Packaging - Packaged in food grade, sealed bags. We are devoted to the environment-our bags are able to be recycled! Store in a cool, dry area out of sunlight, such as a pantry. Our quality herbs will stay fresh and potent for 18-24 months from date of purchase.
Quality - We offer only premium herbs and spices-premium indicates high quality 100% pure and natural. All herbs have a Certificate of Analysis (COA) - lab tested in the USA prior to packaging. All products are free of pesticides, never irradiated or fumigated. We offer some Certified Organic herbs. "Certified Organic" herbs have been grown according to strict uniform standards that are verified by independent state or private organizations. Certification includes inspections of farm fields and processing facilities, detailed record keeping, and periodic testing of soil and water to ensure that growers and handlers are meeting the standards which have been set. Certified Organic products cost considerably more in order to pay for these processes. Certified Organic herbs are indicated as such on the packaging by the USDA.
Payment - We accept all PayPal payments including credit cards through PayPal, eChecks, etc. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks. We ship to confirmed PayPal payment address that is indicated on your payment.
Shipping - As a drop shipper, SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE within the continental U.S!! We charge a flat $8.95 handling fee for the total order (not per item). Orders that total $100 or more for product will receive the $8.95 handling fee as a refund thru PayPal. Note: If your total amount drops below $100 because of an out-of-stock item, you will be disqualified from the $8.95 handling fee refund. You can however increase your order total by adding more items to your cart until the total is $100.00 or more to avail of the handling fee refund. A delivery signature may be required on all orders that total $300.00 or more. When you place your order, please be sure to include all items. We are unable to add to an order or change a delivery address once we receive it-sorry! Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all outlying territories, orders are shipped USPS Priority and will be billed according to the actual shipping charges. Herbs, spices, etc. in-stock rates are high. We do not accept back orders. Orders are shipped from the central United States offering timely delivery through USPS or UPS at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation with tracking number.
Guarantee - If not completely satisfied with any item, contact us within 7 days of delivery date with shortages, discrepancies, etc. If you receive a wrong item, please forward a pic (image) of package and we will replace the item-you may keep the wrong item received. Weight of order and delivery date are determined by USPS or UPS tracking. Weight of order determines quantity (lbs.) shipped. Complete satisfaction is our goal. Refunds given on unopened, unused items only. We will pay return freight on orders resulting from our error. The customer will pay return freight on all mis-ordered herbs or spices, and all other orders. Orders must be returned with a tracking number to the address that we give you. Credit will be issued upon receipt of returned order. We do not refund for international orders.

Safety - Product statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We are not responsible for use or misuse of any of our products. By ordering, you the customer, accept full responsibility that the product will be used in a rational and informed manner. Illness or negative reactions can occur from excessive consumption, individual sensitivities and allergic reactions.
